Canoes and kayaks can also be rented from the concession stand. Enjoy the 1,200-foot sandy beach and saltwater fishing from the pier on Biscayne Bay. The picnic areas do have grills for cooking. There is a man made swimming area for the little ones or swimming off the beach offers a little more surf. The park features a boat ramp and camping facilities are available. For overnight visits, the park has rustic, air-conditioned cabins and a youth campground for organized groups. Make your reservation early.
